Belly ring oozing...?

my belly ring is almost 3 months old next week and i went swimming for the first time on saturday. it was perfectly fnie and i had no pain ever. today at school i noticed it started oozing white ooz and when i came home i cleaned it with the salt water and now its perfectly fine. is it infected or is that normal? i also havnt changed it
