Does anyone know of any Gov Grants/financial assistance programs to help UNEMPLOYED families in california?

Sorry 'bout your plight. If the POTUS had not encouraged the country to borrow itself into the poorhouse, the economy would have remained vibrant and everyone could still be employed. This is what happens when the the economy is turned over to Democrats and blacks. Look at pictures of Detroit to see what is in store for the whole country if this keeps up.
